Entry fees are for the processing of entries and are NOT REFUNDABLE.
The Penn Relays will handle entry fee payments as in the past; depositing checks upon receipt and continuing to accept on-line payments.
NOTE: High School coaches may enter both the 4×800 and Distance Medley, but the $50.00 processing fee is required for each entry. Registration fees are based on entries, not acceptance or participation.
HIGH SCHOOL
High School teams with multiple entries will receive two Coach passes; those entering a single individual will receive one Coach pass.
OPEN/CLUB PASSES
Only accepted Open/Club athletes will receive entry passes along with one Coach Pass per club or individual.
Credit cards are accepted during online entry. This is the recommended form of payment to avoid having to wait in payment lines during packet pick-up. Checks must be made payable to Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. Checks should accompany entries. When sending a check, please include your school ID on the check and enclose a printed copy of your registration confirmation.
Purchase orders from high schools and colleges that require a signature must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. A Purchase Order does not constitute payment for the purpose of picking up packets.
Additional tickets for competitors and coaches must be purchased through the Franklin Field ticket office and will be mailed if orders are received two weeks in advance of the Relays (to be held at will call window if received later).
