Ticket Sales Locations
Athletics Box Office: Located off 33rd Street, near the Northwest entrance of Franklin Field
South Street and Convention Avenue: Located just off South Street near the Southeast entrance of Franklin Field
Hecht Tennis Center: Located in Penn Park
Throwing Field Entrance: Located outside of Rhodes Field on River Fields Drive

Throwing Fields Access
Tickets are required to enter Throwing Fields Complex. If you already entered Franklin Field and wish to visit Mondschein Throwing Complex to watch Throwing Events, please stop by the Big East gate on your way out of Franklin Field to receive a re-entry wristband.

Evening Event Tickets
Tickets for evening events on both Thursday and Friday evenings are available on the day of the event only and are $15. Tickets are General Admission and are valid for entry beginning at 4:00 PM.

Spectator gates for ticketed access will open at 8:00 AM daily. If you have any questions, please call the Penn Ticket Office at 215-898-6151 or click here to send them an e-mail.

Entrances
School Days Entrance: School Days ticket holders can enter through any spectator entrance gate.
Athlete Entrances: The main athlete entrance is located near the Class of 1923 Rink on Walnut Street and the Hecht Tennis Center by Penn Park. An expedited athlete re-entry gate will be located on the North side of Shoemaker Green after 10:00 am each day. No bags permitted at this expedited athlete only gate.
Fan Entrances: The main fan entrances are located outside of Franklin Field on 33rd Street, between South and Walnut Streets. The entrance located on the North side of Franklin Field will each have an expedited entrance line for fans without bags. Alternate entrances are located near the Penn Park Softball outfield, Rhodes Field, the Southeast corner of Franklin Field, and Hollenback Parking Lot. 

Permitted Items
  • Bags smaller than 16" x 16" x 8"
  • Soft sided seat backs and bench cushions that do not impede seat access
  • Sealed plastic water bottles and juice boxes/pouches
  • Food carried in a one gallon freezer bag. Limit one food bag per guest.
  • Medically necessary items after proper inspection
  • Blankets, opened and carried in
  • Binoculars
  • Hand-held camera for personal use. Cases must adhere to the bag policy.
  • Trained service dogs that aid guests with disabilities
  • Diaper Bags
  • Drawstring Bags
Prohibited Items
  • Bags, including duffel or equipment bags, larger than 16" x 16" x 8"
  • Metal, wooden or hard plastic seats with or without backs
  • Umbrellas
  • Coolers, glass bottles, steel bottles and cans
  • Animals (except service dogs)
  • Fire Arms, Weapons and other items deemed dangerous/inappropriate
  • All poles/sticks, including tripods and selfie sticks
  • Smoking and all open flames
  • Video cameras and the use of video capable cell phones for commercial or mass distribution purposes
  • Strollers are not permitted inside the stadium or in the seating areas
  • Ticket scalping, trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
  • Outside food not carried in a one gallon freezer bag or more than one food bag per guest
  • Large quantities of food items in containers such as pizza boxes or catering trays
  • Binocular or Camera Cases that contain metal, wood or hard plastic
  • Laser Pointers
  • Fireworks
Concessions
A variety of food and beverage options are available for purchase at concession stands located around the concourse of the stadium, in Carnival Village, in Penn Park, and at the Throwing Fields.  Cash will not be accepted for payment. Credit cards only. DF

Getting Around Philadelphia

Public Transportation
Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, better known as SEPTA, provides convenient transportation options to Franklin Field.  Buses, subways and commuter-rails provide access to Franklin Field from the greater Philadelphia area. Visit Septa.org to plan your trip!

By Car   DF
Taxis, ride sharing and car sharing options all provide access to the Penn Relays from hubs like Amtrak 30th Street Station and the Philadelphia International Airport.  Parking around Penn's campus is extremely limited. 

 

Parking

On Campus Parking
ALERT: Penn Park Lot will NOT be available for spectator or participant parking.
Limited parking is available on Penn's campus at the following garages near Franklin Field:
Daily parking is available on a first-come, first served basis and will cost $25 per day. Please note these garages are credit card only. Visit the Penn Parking and Transportation Services website for additional information.

Things to do at the Relays

Carnival Village
Carnival Village, located right outside Franklin Field in and around Shoemaker Green, features over 20 sponsors and vendors, including multiple displays from presenting sponsor Toyota, a not-to-be-missed pop-up shop from official footwear and apparel sponsor, On, plus setups from Grace Foods, Core Power, U.S. Marines, Chick-fil-A, and more! Food trucks with international flavors and official Penn Relays merchandise are also available for sale in Carnival Village.

Penn Park Village
Just over the Paley Bridge, Penn Park Village features sponsor activations and activities for all athletes and fans to enjoy. Headlined by the On Athlete Zone, fans can also check out a multi-vehicle Toyota display, visit the U.S. Army, or purchase snacks and beverages. Fans and athletes won't miss any of the action happening in Franklin Field as there will be a large video board showing a live stream of the Relays.

On race day, fans can pick up a fan guide at information tables and ticket tables throughout Franklin Field and Carnival Village. DF

Programs 

Programs will be available for purchase at each of the ticket booths at the entrances to Franklin Field and at stadium entrances in Carnival Village.
