Penn Relays Presented By Toyota To Air On NBC Sports Saturday Afternoon

The 127th Running will air live on NBC Sports Philly from 2-4pm ET, as well as in five other regional markets

PHILADELPHIA – It's Penn Relays week! The 127th Running of The Penn Relays presented by Toyota kicks off on Thursday and runs through Saturday, and we are excited to announce our television window for Saturday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET.
 
The two-hour block will air on NBC Sports regional networks in several different markets (refer below). Three (3) markets will air the block live while the other three (3) will air on delay with times specified next to their market.

  • NBC Sports Philadelphia (LIVE)
  • NBC Sports Boston (LIVE pending NBA playoffs)
  • NBC Sports Washington (LIVE)
  • NBC Sports Chicago (Saturday, April 29 at 7:00 p.m. CT)
  • NBC Sports California (Tuesday, May 2 at 3:00 p.m. PT)
  • NBC Sports Bay Area (Wednesday, May 3 at 5:00 p.m. PT)
 
The Penn Relays presented by Toyota is the oldest and largest track and field competition in the United States. Each year, historic Franklin Field draws crowds of up to 110,000 to watch some of the world's top track and field athletes compete. There are nearly 200 colleges/universities that will be competing, as well as thousands of high school athletes all across the country and the Caribbean Islands. Some of the top Olympic athletes will be in attendance as well, including Ajee Wilson, Devon Allen, Natoya Goule, and plenty of other Olympic medalists and world champions.
