PHILADELPHIA – Mark your calendars! The Penn Relays is proud to announce a new summer schedule of events this July, the Penn Relays Summer Series presented by the Tri-State Toyota Dealers Association. The series will be open to all-comers including scholastic and masters.

The Summer Series will be a three-day stretch over the course of two weekends in the middle of July. The weekend of July 9-10 will take place at the Irving "Moon" Mondschein Throwing Complex at the University of Pennsylvania, with throws including shot put, discus, javelin, as well as hammer for open and masters throwers. July 9 will be for scholastic throwers (Ages 15-18) and July 10 for open and masters throwers.

The following Saturday, July 17, scholastic, open and masters will hit the track under the lights of the historic Franklin Field. Events will include: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, mile, and 5,000m.

All masters and open events will be USATF sanctioned events.

Registration will open on June 4 at
www.directathletics.com. Price per event is set at $25.

Should local and state guidelines allow, it is expected that spectators will be permitted to attend the Summer Series. Spectator policies will be updated as information becomes available. Please check the
