The Long Beach Poly lineup of Shantae McKinney (56.1), Jasmine Lee (52.8), Shana Woods (55.1) and Shalonda Solomon (51.6) won the girls’ 2003 Championship of America in 3:35.55, a national high school record at the time. Today, the mark remains the fifth fastest clocking in meet history.
