Penn Relays

Carlos Mattis of Kingston College HS (JAM) is one of the most accomplished athletes in Penn Relays history, having won the triple jump an impressive four times! He is one of only four athletes to ever achieve the rare feat of winning four individual titles, the maximum possible at the Penn Relays. He was named the 2005 Boys’ Individual Athlete of the Meet for capping off the four peat from 2002-2005.
